RESERVATION POLICY

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Children ages 5 and over are welcome.

All reservations prepay the full reservation amount to secure the reservation made online or through email. Payment information is sent to each guest or is available at the time of your online booking and it is the responsibility of the guest to pay the deposit in full through the provided payment options to guarantee their reservation.

For reservation payments, we accept payment all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle upon request.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards onsite. We accept both US Dollars and Mexican Pesos (based on the current Bloomberg currency exchange). We will not accept credit card payments or Paypal for incidentals and final food and beverage balances. For any questions regarding this policy, please refer to our FAQ page.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at any time for any reason forfeit the amount of deposit paid.

 The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. Olas cannot be held liable for any circumstances which do not allow for the arrival and use of provided accommodations.

 Payment is for the original length of the reservation. If any reservation changes occur, i.e. arriving later or arriving earlier than booked (aka shortened days), there will be no refund or credit issued.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION & CHECK-IN

Prior to your arrival we will send you a detailed welcome email that explains transportation options to the villa, provides specific driving directions, an overview of Tulum and a request for a confirmed arrival time. Your arrival time is particularly important to us as we are a small team and must arrange this confirmed time so that we may best attend to our other guests’ at the villa and be able to personally meet you.

Check in time is between 3-5 pm. If you will be arriving later than this timeframe please contact us at info@olastulum.com so our host is aware.

Please note that our check out time is 11 am on your day of departure.

PRIVACY POLICY

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Olas Tulum via its mobile text message provider, Whistle Messaging. You will receive texts about your reservation, offers, and customer support. Messaging Frequency varies. You may opt out of receiving messages by texting the word STOP to 516-407-8203, or simply reply with the word STOP to any text message you receive from Olas Tulum. No mobile number information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply.
